How come some profiles don't have the option to give a buddy GA? If the person already has a GA does that matter? I'm pretty sure I read when it was rolled out that the buddy GA would just add to the current GA.

No, not sure where you read that. You can only give Buddy GAs to players who don't already have a GA.

The Buddy GA lets you gift a GA to someone from their profile. This will give them 31 days of gold account, which adds on top of their existing time if they already have a GA.
...If that's not what that means, then what does that mean? Oh wow, good catch. It seems like there may have been a miscommunication on the backend here concerning this detail. I'll get this clarified with - it's possible I misunderstood what the intention was when I implemented this part, and if that's the case I'll get it cleared up and modified if necessary. I'll keep you updated!

We've cleared this up on our end, and Buddy GAs can now be gifted to people who already have GAs, and will stack in that case. I'll be posting this in the news later for visibility. Thanks again for catching that :)
