Where do you think would be the most reasonable place to have a link to such a feature? (Like, you know... if we were to implement it... ;) )

If you delete the legacy name from a pet, then that pet will just be exactly like any other pet that doesn't have a legacy name. So no more old URL, etc. The legacy name information will be gone for good and this would be irreversible.

We provided CSS to hide it; it's at the bottom of the Non-Unique Pet Names news post. That's the best we can do in the current pet profiles system. It will be a togglable option in Pet Profiles v2 :)
