Fun fact: Clownfish, wrasses, moray eels, gobies and other fish species are known to change sex, including reproductive functions.
Would like something from this category, but really, anything else would also be fine.

Fun fact: Many species of annelids (worms) reproduce via an asexual process called fragmentation. ... These worms are hermaphroditic -- they have both male and female reproductive parts -- and can reproduce sexually. However, many times these worms will reproduce using fragmentation.

How fun! Thank you!
I'm incubating a clutch of leopard gecko eggs right now, so my interesting fact is that the sex of a leo is determined by temperature, not chromosomes like most critters. Lower temps yield almost all females, higher temps yield almost all males, and an in-between temp yields roughly an equal mix of both. I believe the same goes for crocodilians. And turtles, although opposite with the temps. I'm incubating my beebs to be female.
All caught up! You're welcome for the gifts and thank you so much for the facts, I'm loving them!
I've been dieting for ages yet this was new for me. Banging your head against a wall for one hour burns 150 calories. In case you're interested in loosing a bit. :D You learn something every day.
but actually my fav was: 29th May is officially “Put a Pillow on Your Fridge Day”.
Fun fact: People once thought ostriches stuck their head in the ground to hide from enemies. In actuality, ostriches stick their heads in the ground to ingest sand particles in order to improve their digestion.
Thanks for the giveaway!

Things don't grow once you die. It's just the body shrinking and exposing what's already there. Things like your nails and hair.

The fun fact that I would like to tell you about is this: Helmut-Newton was an iconic German-Australian photographer who did a lot of beautiful and sexy fashion photography in his days. He passed away in 2004. In 1999, TASCHEN, the art book publisher, published a monograph showcasing some of his work. At the time, the book broke records for weight, dimensions and retail price. It was 35 kg! To ensure that the book could be read, it even came with its own coffee table (which is the first that I have heard of such a thing).
I would like this item: if possible.
Hi I don't want anything but I was pinged here so I thought I would share my favourite animal fact (hope no one has mentioned it yet). The closest living relative to the elephant is the rock hyrax, they are only 50cm long and 8ish lbs.

Going to bed now guys, good night! Will be gifting tomorrow for any latecomers! ❤

Thanks for hosting this :3 My random factoid for you is that frogs DO have teeth—kind of. They have bony ridges on the roof of their mouth that are veeery sharp. I found that out the hard way because one of our backyard froggos mistook my finger for a worm. XD Anything off this wishlist would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: Ahh sorry, I just noticed you said you were going to bed. Hope it’s okay I still asked!
Thanks for this giveaway.
