I'm trying to trade 50 CSC for 2 mil sP, but I don't know how to create a trade with the currency in it as CSC cards start at 100 CSC. I don't want to keep this person waiting too long.

That requires two sets of trades, with each person creating a trade with a junk item that the other person can then offer their currency on.
