What would you do if Corona ceased to exist right now?

It would make it a lot easier to find a job, haha. I'd go to concerts and take a trip to Toronto to visit the Royal Ontario Museum and Ripley's Aquarium!

I will love you forever if you trade me:

Beats me, kinda like saying what would I do with an everlasting life without sickness... Count to a googolplex maybe, walk to the stars, search for that specific grain of sand that is easier to find than a sinister lady.

I can go on, but apparently life is short.

stop! i love mucha too. my dad has a mucha poster and i asked him for it and he said he would give it to me. lmao he's just been sitting on it for years; i think he got it at a garage sale for $5 or something like that. I'm trying to find a good place in my room for it!

yeah, i also live in a very urban area. but what worries me is evacuation. if we get an evacuation warning, you want to be the first out of the door and on the road. i live in an area with like, over a million people. if an evacuation is issued for our area, the traffic would be insane. i need to be prepared for when/if that happens. it's best to be the very first person to leave. it has been a lot to process because these are things that I've never had to consider before!

right now, it's been super smokey these last few days. AQI of over 180 all day, every day. sigh. that day when the sun was completely blocked out was so eerie! everyone said it looked like the blade runner movie. i guess i need to go watch that now lol.

i don't quite have favorite artists, but i have favorite paintings. (BLOOD alert!)

SPOILER (click to toggle) Judith Slaying Holofernes by Artemisia Gentileschi is a big one. so good. i love the dark/light contrast. also, artemisia was a badass bitch.

for modern art, I've been dying at Hillary jane. she's a tattoo artist who just went into home goods. insta: https://www.instagram.com/hilaryjanetattoos/?hl=en

I suppose it's why we all gotta make sure we have at least one other form of contact in case the site disappears haha. I made sure of that with my friends on other websites. To be real with you, I don't have actual recipes because I eyeball everything LOL. None of my rice is ever exactly the same as the last because I don't measure anything adlfkjsdf. To make it spicy I just use crushed red pepper. Powdered red pepper doesn't give the same spice to me. I make a lot of spanish rice, but I add in other seasonings apart from the standard. Normally it uses garlic, cumin, onions, chicken broth/bouillon, and tomato sauce, but I also will throw in lemon pepper, cilantro and paprika among other things. You also saute the the rice with oil before boiling it to brown it, so it's not as squishy after boiling and it can also give a more unique flavor depending on the oil you use.

What is your favourite subeta zombie skin?

My personal answer: Bubble Jelly. Has both jelly fish and minty undertones so it's perfect for me <3

I liked Caterkiller, the transformation is similar to a Vioran's process. But of the top of my head, Metal is good as a steampunk Frankenstein. Otherwise I don't really know at this time.

my mother always says: "be prepared" of course, this meant that we would lug like 50 different sandcastle toys when i was 5, or a giant pack of wet wipes to the zoo, etc. but it has been good life advice in general lol.

238! wow. yeah, it's been a steady 200 over here. i actually just checked and it's now 150 so that's marginally better.

here's a good khan academy write up about the painting. it's remarkable and such an exquisitely detailed painting. i think the correct term is chiaroscuro, which is the sharp contrast between white and black. artemisia's backstory is also really interesting since she was so closely connected to Caravaggio, who is a really prominent painter from that time period.

ALIEN LIFEFORM WASN'T ON MY BINGO CARD. but then again, neither was the death of grant imahara or the author of miss frizzle or the arrival of locusts. 🙃 i did see the news though! i hope the life forms are advanced enough to handle me because i am LEAVING THIS PLANET ASAP. i hope they have boba and delicious Chinese food prepared.

My favorite painter is probably Picasso. I really like abstract art because it makes me think about what it is supposed to represent.

Today's question:

What was your favourite childhood toy?

My personal answer: I had looooots of stuffed animals but my number 1 stuffed animal was a lioness called Chiara that was gifted to me by my great-grandmother on the day that I was born and was named by my sister. When I was a little older I loved playing with Fashion Polly. I wasn't much of a Barbie girl (I do love that song though) . Other than that I liked doing arts and crafts like Hama beads, window colour and playing with play dough.

I feel so sorry for not being able to reply! I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to put in my 2 cents and discuss, interact and learn more about you but...Time and stuff :(

I had a few but for the longest time it was a plush Sylvester the Cat doll (Loony Toons) and then there was this blue bear, called a Doodle Bear, you could draw on them and then wash them and draw on them again. I loved that thing so much....

I didn't have a childhood.

My favorite toy is the Autobot X-Brawn from Transformers Robots in Disguise (2000). I got him in 2001, and has since been my standard for any subsequent character I've gotten. Those models were designed by engineers, as my figure is a contortionist compared to following generations.

There is another... who will remain unnamed. That has been the closest I ever felt to beyond a simple attachment. Never again...

I can relate, I'm now getting the gist of what people mean when they say "I don't have time". That said, I make every effort to delegate my time. For now I'm not being pressed by other things, like work or raising a family.

I loved stuffed animals too! I still have a lot from my childhood that I just haven't been able to let go off yet, lol.

I also loved all kinds of animal figurines and dragons, and I had this toy jungle that I would play with them all in. I was also one of those girls that was obsessed with horses, so I had a lot of those as well. Towards the end of my childhood I was really into The Little Pet Shop toys, which were the last toys I really remember playing with.

I don't think I had one. I had a lot of stuffed toys (most of them belonged to my mom), loved playing with dolls, toy kitchen and house stuff, cars, and other things.
