My cousin is studying music and to get accepted into music school here you need to play at least 2 instruments and she plays piano and the flute which made it quite difficult for her to enter whereas her now-boyfriend plays an alto oboe and he got in really easily.

I cannot agree to this behaviour in good conscience. 🍍 😂 As for corn, it's definitely not a typical pizza topping in good Italian restaurants but whenever someone makes pizza at home it will probably be an option. Pairs well with tuna and you can get it in stores if you take a tex-mex pizza. :) Mushrooms are the best. I can eat mushrooms every day in every possible way. My favourites are oyster mushrooms and chanterelles - Never thought about putting others on pizza though... I wonder how enoki or shitake mushrooms would taste on pizza xD

I'm for nuclear energy if the circumstances change. Storing the waste just anywhere and insecure nuclear energy plants are not ok. We need to invest in research on how to improve the situation to limit the hazard risk and how to destroy nuclear waste in a sustainable manner. That's the number 1 reason why I did not join of the green party of my country. They are super against nuclear energy without seeing that it's actually one of the greenest ways of energy production. I don't like this opposition mindset. Saying everything is bad isn't gonna change the situation in the slightest if you can't give improvement options.

Weeeell... It's Germany what do you expect? :🍻 everyone gets absolutely shitfaced and we go to parades where they throw candy off of the floats and then you go to the clubs to party. It's not very graceful but hey it's tradition. I quit drinking after once drinking a little too much on carnival actually. I was only 16 when I stopped drinking and I somehow never started again. Since 16 is legal drinking age here (no hard liquor though, just wine, beer and champagne) we start really early and the clubs are filled with youngsters. I felt so ridiculous when I was 19 in the US and already quit drinking for years but still wouldn't be let in the club. XD

Well I think for you guys it's quite difficult because there are like only two real options to vote. And it's so strange for us foreigners because back then we all thought this was like a giant joke and there was no way he'd ever win considering he only endorsed white supremacist straight men while behaving utterly despicable towards everyone else and claiming the most ridiculous and outrageous things imaginable. But well, expect the unexpected. I don't know what will happen in the upcoming election, I just hope that it will make the world a better place and not the opposite. :(

Their techno scene is pretty wild but you need to be careful, there are a lot of drugs going around as well. Pfff dressing up is not just for children! It's like living a fantasy. I presumed they'd go with Biden. Sanders was just too far left to catch the swing state votes, I think. They know that if you'd vote Sanders, you'd definitely still vote Biden before you vote for the republican party. Not voting is not an option for me. Generations before me died trying to fight for this right and it would be the greatest disrespect not to make use of that right. My sister has dual citizenship (She was born in San Diego) and when I asked her to please register to vote she said that if she did that she'd have to pay double the taxes and her vote was "useless" anyway because California is always democratic and due to the electoral college her vote "isn't worth much". I was so shocked when I heard that her opinion of her most powerful right lacked confidence that much! I love voting, I feel like I can make my voice be heard but I really hope my sister's point of view is the exception in the US otherwise I could understand why not everyone flocks to the polls...

I think that's gonna be super interesting :) Yes just throw some cut up frozen bananas in a blender, maybe add some milk/milk substitute but only a splash. You do need a good blender however. Add some honey or chocolate chips or cocoa powder or other fruit or whatever comes to your mind and voilà. Nicecream. It's very thick and creamy and super delicious!
