Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know this has been reported! Please sit tight while they figure things out.

This was due to a glitch with the code for automatically cancelling trades older than 2 weeks old. The trades cancelled successfully and returned items correctly; however 2 extra phantom items were returned with each trade. No action is required on your part if you were affected. :) The phantom items will be deleted and the code will be fixed.

No items were eaten or replaced by the phantom items. This glitch gave out the phantom items in addition to the items that were in the lot. However, if you think an item has gone missing, please file a ticket and we'll see if we can track it down for you. Thank you <3

You can if you want to. If you don't, it will be automatically cancelled at some point by our code which cancels older trades. Trades are supposed to be cancelled automatically once they reach 2 weeks old, there was just an issue with this for a while (see Trades are not cancelling after 2 wks + other issues) I will be making a staff post there in a minute explaining how we're proceeding to address that issue.
