Congratulations on venturing back! sounds like you did well while being a bit rusty haha. I'm sure being a little more versed on the computer course will help you through it if you decide to take it again. Computer stuff can be unnecessarily difficult for no reason.

Are you making the illustrations yourself?

Also... do you know how I can buy CSC with sp?

I did better in the automotive course than the computer, what with a decade of practical experience. So I foresee good grades overall in this major.

I do have some of my own, admittedly simple drawings and physical models. Along with a few made by artists here. Which I wan to include, with due credit.

Some sell CSC in their shops, just search the quantities that are available, 100, 250, etc. 500CSC cards go for 41,000,00 sP now

Automotive experience is always handy, I wish I knew more myself.

Sounds like a pretty well rounded project! Feel free to share at some point, I'm invested now lol

Thank you so much! My friend told me once but I couldn't remember for the life of me.

And I wish to have spent more time learning when younger.

I don't see why not, any input is welcomed.

It's not so bad, I buy GA with sP every other month.

I asked around for a month or so after I got my car on how to use the turbo, then googled it and figured out its frickin built in. I know NOTHING it seems.

Awesome, I'm looking forward to it!

It's not bad at all, that's totally attainable. I'm super happy you don't have to spend any money to get CSC or GA on this site. It gives you something to work for lol

At least the you're not like the lady who said "How do you open the hood?" The final episode of Car Talk had such gems of vehicular lapses.

In my case, I simply don't have such extensive experience.

I think I still have some models on imgur to show. And my profile has the link to my self portrait fursona.

That's honestly just common sense. Car Talk sounds like those info-mercials that over exaggerate everything hahah

Yeah, but knowing the basics especially for as long as you have will make the extensive stuff pretty bearable to learn I'm sure - you're not too far away!

Send me the links if you find the stuff on imgur, I just checked out the link on your profile, that's pretty sick. Did you do that online or on paper first?

The was on paper, Idon't think the date is accurate. I drew that maybe twenty years ago, about as good as I ever got. So far my models have gotten some good comments from whomever saw them.

I'm sure with some practice you'll be back to that quality in no time, and even better. What type of things do you normally draw? Models or other stuff too?

When my drawing was first inspired, I had done mockups of Escher or styling not unlike New Yorker or Wall street journal illustrations. Something I want to do later on is take a drawing course if I can excel my major. That or a guitar course. I found my own efforts can be frustrated without structure or encouragement. All in time, and as reward.

My models are in Lego, but comparatively smaller and simpler.

Escher had some really cool art, one of them that stick out to me the most is the hand holding the sphere. I once made something kinda in that style for an art project in school. The subject was The Labyrinth though.

I'm the same way usually, I need to be held accountable to practice whatever I'm learning or doing for me to really glow, I feel.

Here are my models of two Vioran characters. I had displayed them at a student union and got good comments and questions about buying them.

I wish I had never given up on writing, drawing, and piano. Actually piano was, as I recall, a decision my parents made to limit sibling rivalry, which instead lead to sibling resentment and feelings of inferiority as my sister got private piano and voice lessons and I got nothing. So I was basically the less-important "backup" daughter.

In a way, I'm doing the same studying automotive technology. I never paid attention or stuck around when younger.

What little I have put down is still a mess. It seems despite it all being in my head, sometimes the details evade me. I also struggle finding the best way to put it in words...southpaw'd tendencies.
