Knitting beanies for my students, and crocheting a bag shaped like a carrot to stuff with candies for my niece’s Easter basket.

I’ve been baking a lot lately too. Birthday cake in a mason jar for my best friend, cupcakes for a school bake sale, and banana bread and chocolate cake for home.

Active Wips: A temperature blanket which I'm about 3 months behind on, a plushie that just needs eyes, and a cabled fingerless glove so I can test out the new pattern I bought like 2 months ago.

Wips that are on pause until I can get supplies: a variety of fun fantasy cape/armor things

Wips that I should work on but will probably not touch for another 12 months minimum: an assortment of plushies in various states of completion, a handful of scarves, a blanket, assorted jewelry, a dress, a tote bag and probably more that I've forgotten

Previous WiPs postponed, current projects are a couple of plushies for a coworker. 1 fox and 1 blue and orange frog. Fox is the first one I'm working on and I have 2 of the7 pieces made for it. Do need to ask coworker what color eyes she wants for it though.

A multitude of fanfic wips. Some of them get move love than others I'm sad to say (and some have been sitting untouched for, longer than I'd like, esp since I would like to finish them at some point I just, can't muster up the ability to do so/the inspiration to write them). But I am determined

i have a lot of knitting w.i.p.s (sweaters, scarves, shawls) that i cant work on because of wrist problems ;o; so i'm mostly working on crocheting a blanket at the moment. i've been weaving a lot lately too but i'm currently putting off warping the loom for my next project lol

Back to working on my main WiP of my temperature blanket for this year.

And making some gauge swatches this weekend if my yarn order for the next project comes in when it's supposed to.

I started working on crocheting a small card wallet. I'm using yellow cotton varigated yarn. It's slow going because it's a tight guage and also I'm just a slow crocheter!

I think I mentioned in here before I was starting to garden? That still takes up most of my time and I've got lots of healthy growth with wildlife returning! Hoping to have radishes, plenty of herbs, squashes and peppers soon.

More recently, though, I've started trying to declutter/minimizing stuff. It's been a challenge with a 4yo and a very busy partner but small progress is still progress.

I have a 40 gallon freshwater tank that I had given up on with the birth of our twins in 2020 (just... zero time to dedicate to hobbies). I had rehomed the handful of remaining fish and left it empty for 2 years.

Just got the tank started back up 2 months ago and it's thriving so far! I learned a lot the first time and have improved my setup with better filtration and plants. Maintenance is smoother so I've kept up with it even with 3 littles running around 🥴

Halted all progress on other projects to work on a new temperature blanket pattern made with self-patterning yarns.

working on creepy/horror art even though halloween is months away lol

When I'm not working at my irl job, I enjoy drawing digital art to later be made into keychains, phone charms, stickers, etc. :) I'm always so busy though, I haven't been able to draw anything new for the past month. :( So far I have made animal crossing, pokemon, hunterxhunter, jujutsu kaisen, madoka magica, and sailor moon items. I really like this sailor moon keychain a lot, it has resin with glitter mixed in. :D

Right now I am drawing a full set of eeveelutions and some more animal crossing villagers to be made into products. :D (albeit my sketches have been in limbo for a month)

Just got a new tablet so I'm working on my first real animation!

Working on a little doodle of two OCs my friend and I made together while he's away on a trip! Hoping it'll be a cute and fun surprise for him

As I visited my friend several weeks ago to puzzle, her daughter invited me to her princess-unicorn birthday party (the party is on August 20th). So I'm working of a handmade shaker card with a unicorn head, a princess castle, stars, magic star rod and maybe clouds and rainbows. I recently painted a garden pot in pink and will do two more coat of paint. The garden pot will later get painted eyes and pink cheeks and with a big selection of deco flowers I will do a hair clip or flower crown for the garden pot unicorn. Not sure if I should use a golden cardboard for the unicorn horn or maybe check out again for some fabric. Also working on a 2-sided unicorn shaped corkboard which I have to paint too for eyes, unicorn horn and mane. An little unicorn necklace made of FIMO is also in work.

Her daughter is in love with unicorns.
