The sixth is underneath two others, wedged against the pink pool. The two black hens are more fluff. The hatched chicks are showing signs of having feathered feet.

Those are some sweet lil chickens!!! Do they like getting in the water? Oh boy I sure love me some chickens!! They can actually be sweet pets! We have some for food, because we only eat our own meat that we raise, (sorry ), but then we also have three pet chickens. They will be here til they pass on their own. Fluffy, Buffy, and Shep. LOL

LOL Well, it's ok if you are, I get it. I was raised on a farm where we raised all our own food, so when I married, it was not much different. But I understand how some folks are against it, and that is ok too. :)

The two largest do peck around the pool. Our hens are for eggs and vocational therapy for me. We do occasionally slaughter when the roosters become too numerous.

- oh man, those roosters can do a number on those hens! oooooWEE!! We usually have 1:20 ratio. Anything more than that, we are asking for trouble. Well, the hens are..... o.O
