I know -- most people feel like you do about being home. I have some health issues, which makes home the best place to be. I only leave the house once a week, just to run out for groceries and maybe another errand or two. Even before the virus, I would go only out two or three times a week, once for church, and maybe for lunch with husband. Needless to say, COVID-19 has barely affected me. 😆

I'm so sorry your HA won't load!!! I think I saw that they were making the wardrobe a priority -- I hope so! My insomnia is way worse on full moon nights!

I like Dollar Tree and thrift store shopping, too. I snagged a multi-thousand four poster bed for under $300 a few years ago. It is a stunner! Does the full moon effect your sleep, too? It's a killer for me!

Oh, I got my response from Texas DPS about my MAB paperwork. Though not the outcome I expected, it does say my case was approved and it may mean I could retake the driver exam soon.

Yes, it would. I got my license back in 2018, after being cited for speeding in a school zone (28 in a 25). Literally over the weekend, passing the skill test on the first try. Though it was revoked for medical reasons. I struggled for two years getting the paperwork done, partly when it came to anxiety which kept me from speaking up.

So having this again can mean future travel won't be as inhibited by this former obstacle. And the load of driving with that on my mind is for the most gone. I just need to look into what I need to do to finalize the ordeal.

Sounds like someone needed to fill a quota on that day. I mean, I get it, speeding is speeding, but wow. Here they allow you 4 miles over the posted limit, so I suppose it is a bit different.
So, are the medical reasons resolved, or at least being dealt with, so that driving is safe for you? (Sorry if that is too nosy) I am glad that you are able to try for it again tho!

I guess...but that was the push I needed to get my license. Before that it was 16 years without one. My diagnosis never affected my ability to drive, so the paperwork was necessary to demonstrate that point.

I hope it gets approved! It can be so inconvenient to not be able to drive.

Have you visited this thread? Looks like a lot of people are having that problem, and it may be tied to the hair. (I just skimmed it, so I could be totally wrong.)

great to hear about your news! Good luck in the rest of the process. Getting through all that paperwork is definitely something to be proud of! Hopefully the rest can happen in the next couple months!

- yes I subscribe to all site updates, so that is how I knew there was a problem to begin with. I reported, along with many others, that first night, when we realized it wouldn't update to the site. Says it updated, and shows the current one when you load the wardrobe, but does not update to the site. They are working on it, I just wish they'd say something.....been a few days without hearing anything from staff. DONE! They say, "mew mew mew!"
