The Bathhouse gave me another !
My last steroid dose was Wednesday. I've a total of 18 days worth. I haven't done anything to aggravate it, either. I'm so disheartened!
That is ever so frustrating! Talk with the doc yet? I hate this for you. :(
I'm going to see how it does over the weekend, and then see what he says. He said PT would be the next step, but that's not a great option, as it gets really expensive with the copays. (I had to go several years ago when I ruptured two discs in my neck and it put us severely in debt for a while.)
