OH GOD YOU'RE RIGHT. Well, by current taxonomic standards, birds are a subset of dinosaurs, so yes. Cassowaries count.

Fantasy: An Arcanine. Riding a giant, fluffy, tiger dog into battle would be so awesome!

Realistic: A sphynx cat. I love those wrinkly goblins.

First thing that came to mind was that when I was a kid I wanted a chinchilla so bad. My parents always said no. Now that I'm adult I realize how much special care it would have needed, with the messy dusty baths and all. 😅

As for real animals, another ferret, definitely. Ferrets are such wonderful pets, even if they are little thieves.

I've always wanted maybe a Dragon or Pegasus - something that flies and I can easily ride on. It'd make travelling abroad so much cheaper!

I would want a fire lizard (Like from the Anne McCaffrey Pern novels, not just like a flaming lizard). For anyone unfamiliar, basically a mini dragon. I want like 10 of them.

Can I just have a zoo? It's too hard to choose just one! I'd maybe go for a giant snake, or a kitsune.

I would like a dragon so that I could fly around and flame the shit out of poachers and whalers and other assholes. ^_^

For something more realistic, I would like a veiled chameleon. A former friend had one and he was just the coolest little guy. He liked to hang out on my head and would freak out and 'run' to the front of the cage when I came over.

For a mythical creature, I would have to pick a dragon. I have always been obsessed with dragons and would dream about riding on the back of one and soaring through the sky.

For a more earthly creature, I think I would choose a raven. They are my favorite bird and I have always had a connection with them since I was little.

We can both ride our dragons and flame people together! lol
