Every time I look at the new wardrobe, the smiley face is just bouncing. (I'm a little frustrated with it) When I moved to my current wardrobe, I was told to check what I had lost and went to check it. At that time, I was still able to read a little, so I checked the checklist on the external site (subeta lodge) briefly.At that time, I thought there was no problem. But today I noticed that the item I bought for the quest (blue beach chair) is missing from the wardrobe. (The "Add to Wardrobe" button appeared when I purchased it) I was adding that item to my wardrobe a few years ago. There may be other missing items, but as I said, the wardrobe isn't working so I can't check it.😫

For the last two days my wardrobe has not loaded. Tired of looking at the smiley face.
I know you work hard at stuff when it messes up but would like to see this fixed as soon as you can.

There isn't an All in the layer selection, it just gets stuck to loading. I can see my items when I select different layers but if I quickstock to wardrobe I'd rather see new items all in one place than check every layer.

EDIT: sorry I was looking at wrong areas of the wardrobe, my items seem to be showing up alright now

So today I can't even see what was newly approved for CWs. It's been stuck on the same items as last week's approval for more than 12 hours now. Not even viewing by layer works anymore. I also can't tell what I owned anymore. All the items show "Buy item" whenever I mouse over them even if I own them in the wardrobe. I'm so confused. I already updated my Chrome, cleared my cookies and cache.

Same problems as a bunch of people. All I'm getting is the happy bouncing face, no matter what I toggle, refresh, clear, etc. Can't get skins, hair, or old outfits either.

unending loading times, certain categories dont load at all, outfits are a hit or a miss

Lately, for the past week or so, I've gotten halfway through making a new HA and then nothing loads. Just the endless, smiley face that I want to punch. I end up having to load the wardrobe in a new browser window and restart the whole process.

So the wardrobe loads for me but when i scroll down it says to select an option from the drop down menu but that menu does nothing so i can't change my avatar at all. I.e. i select items and scroll down again and nothing happens. No loading or anything.

Is the a fix to this on my end or subeta? Im on mobile and use Chrome.

I'm still only getting the bouncing smiley, no matter what I do. Would really appreciate an update from staff as to any insight on an ETA for when we'll be able to change our avatars again! Thanks!

My wardrobe is a bit wonky at the moment... over the past week (since I initially tested it for the other information post) certain things are not loading, or acting wonky.

• All items will not load, it just stays on the smiley face indefinitely.

• I can click on individual categories to get them to load, but there are some that just won't, in particular the larger ones (e.g. Chest and Head). Sometimes if I click on a different category like background, that will load and then I can go back to Chest or Head and it will load the first page of these. However, if I then try and click on to different pages within that category then it it doesn't load them, and then I'm back to square one and only able to see the first page.

• There are some instances of click on page 2 of 'background' (for example) and then change category to 'chest' then it will load the second page of chest items. I still can't change pages exclusively in the 'chest' layer though, I always have to go back out, change pages in other category then go back in.

• On occasion, I will click on one of the smaller categories and it will load for a second, then I get the smiley face. I can get around this by toggling 'Added to site' and 'added to wardrobe' to get the items to load but guessing this is not the intended method, haha.

I am using a Mac and Safari Version 13.1 if that makes a difference.

Are there plans to add the Alphabetical sorting option back? ;w; Its the only thing that is super burdensome at the moment, was really fond and used to that option previously.

Yea it’s just kind of... broken. If you add “/items” to the end of the actual url (the entire thing should be “https://new.subeta.net/wardrobe/items”) it should work. The same goes for if you want to get to the other pages, like base, hair, and outfits. However, this does seem to reset your HA to whatever you’re currently wearing on site, so I’m not sure how useful that really is :/

Are some of the issues in this wardrobe just having specific layers not load or random layer pages not loading? If so I have been having that with my head layer. I have not been able to get that specific layer to load since before the 20th! I just am curious if that is part of the glitch or if I should file a ticket. Thank you for the update and the hard work you guys are all doing!

's proposals will work.

All proposals involving item limits will only work for an amount of time inverse to the proportional growth of the site, because as long as there is only one table, the stress on the site will only get worse as new people join and become active (unless they don't, because the wardrobe keeps breaking).

At least get the frozen, memorial (deceased user), and long-term inactive accounts into a table of their own; that way, you don't have to keep calling up data that is never used every time someone opens their wardrobe.
