If you like other squash you'll like it. My point is it's not a good substitute for real noodles. If I'm wanting fake noodles I find zucchini spirals are a better substitute. I can't wait to see it!!

You should try it!! Just don't expect noodles. lol You can make taco boats in each half. Or just season like you would any other squash. Next time I'll probably just do seasoning salt and pepper. Maybe a bit of cumn. I was thinking cinnamon might not be bad either. I think I'm out of my HA rut! :-P
