I agree. It's been a year that's for sure lol.
ugh sounds so much "fun"
I'm getting there and I super do not like it. I need things to get better and maybe that will help.
It really has
You should do the cleaning for me.
Things getting better would be wonderful.
today's my doc apt.. I get to see if the cast comes off or if I will have to get an mri to see if there's damage to the tendon.
What's shaking?
ugh, yeah... no :P
It really would. I'm so drained :( And being back to work sucks so much now.
Let me know how the doc went! I'm back to work officially so unfortunately I'm pretty much gone all day now from Monday - Thursday :(
I got my cast off!!! Throw the confetti I'm celebrating HAHAHA. It's all flaky but frrreeeeee XD Oh well contrats on being back at work though. Auction house had you come back?
YAYYYY! I'm glad you're free of it ❤️
And yeah, they made me come back 2 weeks before the federal boost to unemployment ended. So they cost me $1200 to sit in an office with people who think Covid is a lie. Also I told them I had to get so many hours/so much a week to make it worthwhile for me to be there at all, because I have to be able to pay my bills. I was promised 35 hours/week at $15/hour (not great but slightly better than when I left). On day one of being back, they told me I was only actually gonna get 28 hours. So I'll be making less money than when we closed for the pandemic. I was already struggling to pay my bills before. I almost had a panic attack. I hate it there.
ME too!
Well they lied then. I wish you could get a different job :/ It honestly seems like they are a bunch of liars.
They really are, it's so infuriating. I'm going to try to look for something else, it's just even harder now than it was before :/
maybe look at instacart they are hiring drivers to deliver. I don't know what they are paying but it might be a good fit perhaps
So then wrapping you up in a full body cast while you sleep is out of the question ?
So I do know someone who does instacart and after the initial first couple of weeks, they start piling on jobs in the same stores and combining them with your other shops, so you're doing twice the work (or more) for the same fee unfortunately. Also I can't stand for as long as that would require (shopping wipes me out pretty fast). I'll definitely keep looking though and I wish things like instacart/uber/lyft were more realistic for me.
How's your week going?
