That was so nice of your daughter to do.It's nice that where you live you all have each other.Starting today they finally closed the lobby of My Daughter's co-op just drive thru unless you need a loan or anything like that.Meyers are doing certain hours only now.Their only open 8am to 10 pm.closing over night to clean the store .They are putting certain hours up for senior citizens & people with chronic heath conditions to shop & their Meyers employee's have certain times they can shop also.Walmart's & Kroger's are not open all night either like they were.Our restaurants drive thru only are open all other that you can eat in restaurants are closed.They say they may have found something that works for the Virus & help people with it.Thank God. I got out to take a long walk today. The sky is pure blue without a cloud. Felt so good to get out further than the parking lot. Such a beautiful day. I'm not watching the news so I'm living in a bubble. There is nothing I can do about it so no reason to find ways to make myself stress. Take care everyone.

I know I haven't been to the cult in awhile. Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I am still working part-time until Ohio decides to shutdown all non-essential businesses. I was working full time until this past week, but I had a claim filed to get survivor benefits and I just got them so I can only work part-time from here on out.

I hope everyone is doing okay and that everyone has enough food & toiletries to survive. I am so thankful that I have my little girl, Starlight, so that I am not alone at home.

Just phoned my granddaughters to see how they are making out working home, husbands working home and kids out of school. Everyone still loves each other so far. 😄 The one with our two grandsons had a safari set up in the living room. She has little animals all over for them to hunt for through the house. Her husband is holed up in his office working. My son-in-law phoned me yesterday, He lives here so that's rare as I see him often. Said he was missing my voice and when we got through talking he was going to phone his mother. Bringing us closer together once we're told we have to stay apart.

it's surprising Meyers is still open. There are extremely few places open here.

We still have all our grocery stores open & only drive thru or pick up at restaurants.So we're not totally closed yet. People need food & supplies especially supplies beings the shelves have been empty.They're not open all night like usual 8 -10 pm for now.They have people that can't work because their kids are out of school no one to watch them,Some just quit because they didn't want to take the risk.Not to worry My Friend God will take care of us,he has been so good to us already. Hugss =)

Hi everyone :) <3 I’m sorry that I’ve been MIA for the last few weeks! Hopefully, I’m back on a daily basis now :) Hopefully everyone is dealing with all the craziness in the world without too much stress! I’ve had a few Dr. appointments that I’ve had to go to, . Now, I sit and wait for approval to see other Drs. I hate that I have to be seeing the Dr. during all of this. Life does go on though, even in scary times like this. We were FINALLY able to get toilet paper and all the other things that people have been panic buying. It wasn’t easy though. Ashley and I had gone to Walmart after she got off of work to try and find some things that we still needed. We stood in line for an hour and a half, finally made it to the front of the line, got our much needed items... continued shopping for pet food, meds, etc.
We were walking from the produce section to go pay. Suddenly, we see Walmart employees running, and screaming “SHOTS FIRED” everyone get to the back of the store.. So you can only imagine the panic that everyone was feeling!! I told Ashley don’t you let go of that shopping cart, which was very full and heavy, I figured she could hide behind it if she had to!! I told her just run, I’m behind you. It’s pretty scary when you are running for your life and, can hear the shots, and smell the gunpowder... I was running as fast as this old body would allow, all while the person behind me kept running into me with their cart, and, I'm trying to move racks of clothes out of my way!! Ashley and I got separated, so, now I was worried about her, if she was ok. I finally made it to the back of the store and outside. After a few minutes, we were made to get back into the store because apparently, the shooter was hiding in the apartment complex behind Walmart. Which is right where we had all just exited! After all was said and done, it was a car to car shooting that started at Walmart, continued across the street to another shopping center, back to the complex behind Walmart. I didn’t think I would ever be in that type of situation. These are scary times, please stay safe, and take care of yourselves my friends!!

I hope everyone is okay during this pandemic. Even though there is now a "stay at home" enforcement for Ohio, I still have to work, as my business is considered "essential". Who knew a steel manufacturer was essential. I am working 4 hours, Monday thru Friday, as I work in the safety dept and have reports that need to get done every day. I am working 7 am to 11 am.

They still do not have toilet paper in any of the stores where I live. That's what happens when you live in a small town.

Praying for everyone to stay safe. I spray the heck out of my office when I get there and when I leave and I have hand sanitizer (courtesy of the company) in my office which I keep closed while I am at work so no one can get me sick. If anyone knocks on my door, I tell them they can only enter if they haven't been coughing.

you're looking beautiful and ready for Masquerade! The situation is similar here. Grocery stores open but limiting how many can come in at a time. They also are delivering to people, including our residence. I put in an order at the drugstore this morning. They always have made deliveries here every Wed. Our church has volunteers to help anyone who signs up as needing help. Other organizations are doing the same. Still nobody quarantined yet that I know of. Two of our missionaries, husband and wife, are on their way back from Africa. Their flights keep getting delayed but they are getting a little closer all the time. Will be a relief when they are back. Of course they will be staying in for two weeks. You're right God will take care of us. He always has and He won't stop now. 😄 (HUGS)

, it's good to hear you have everything you need. Our residence is in lock down and they are doing everything they can to protect us. I'm happy to be here with other people to talk to so I don't feel isolated.

Oh my, that was a horrifying situation you and Ashley were in! Praise God you and everyone else in the store are safe. This will definitely be a year to remember!

I m sorry i m not online much but life is a little crazy right now. I hope you all can forgive me and please stay safe and healthy.

Here in the Nederlands its the same but my place (amsterdam) people are buying so much stuff for quarentine that when i wanna shop nothing is there no bread, eggs , vegables , milk , toilet paper etc everything is sold out. Stores cant fill up anything because there the stuff comes from has a disfunction T.T

With my gastric bypass it is difficult to find food i can eat accept the proteïne i need i have to watch out for sugar and fatt. Thanks god a good friend of mine was so kind to ask me what i need the lives about 2 hours driving away from me and the bought everything and brought it to me , about 4 weeks of food.

So i got a new Job and i work there 5 days a week.
I m also helping older people after my shift, i dont eat much and they dont eat much ,so its not a problem to share it with them, they are so greatfull! Even when it isnt much! Or i ask of they need anything and than i go to the store. When i find bread or eggs i just share it between the 5 eldery people.
I think its my duty to help them because the first old lady i found was crying because everything she needed was sold out and she left her home after 5 days, i helpt her to gave some of my stuff and gave her my phonenumber in case she needed help. Before i know she called me to ask of i got some dinner for her and her elderly neightbor. And after that i got 3 more people (neightbore's of her) Also helping my mom 1 day a week because her body fails and my sister 1 day a week because she has MS.

So i m busy 7 days a week getting up at 7 and go to bed at 10, accept now because i m free tomorrow. Please stay safe and sorry for my long message xxxxxx

Thank You so much.I really don't feel like dancing right now.I'm so glad everything's going well at your place & know one is isolated.We had a person pass away from the virus at our hospital down the street from us. It's about a mile or so down the road.To close to home for comfort.Nick is still working at Meyer's part time they gave their employees a 2 dollar an hour raise & buying them take out food Like pizza & McDonald's.I hope your missionaries make in home ok. I'm so glad we didn't go out of the country or cruise. I guess being a home body pays off in some cases. Hugss ❤ What an awful experience =( I'm so glad you & Ashley made it out of there alright. I will i promise:) i m just Lucky enough to know some farmers and people who has there own garden, i try to take care of myself but these elderly people have nobody els.
When i apologise that its maybe not enough food they just vive me a smile and say ' when world war 2 was going on we had days without food this is enough sweety 'i realy try to give everyone enough. Even there cookie for the tea hihihi Every night after i drop there food, i call them for 10-15 minutes just to ask if they need anything from the market or just to ask how they are doing. Its not much what i m doing but at least it is something people are getting nasty to eachother :(

it is everything to those people, just to know you care about them. It's people like you who make the world a better place. I've been hearing more about what people are doing for others every day now and it's very encouraging and heart warming. (HUGS) ❤
