When you go to abandon it says, "If your pet is a bumbus or a bhakoru, it will turn into a common kumos when pounded. If your pet is colored hydrus, it will lose its special colour."

HOWEVER, I just tested it with a twilight bhakoru and it retained the twilight color so we need to change the wording.
