If you lose your BathHouse streak due to unexpected site crashes, please file a ticket and include the date and approximate time you tried to visit the bath house and we will restore your streak upon verifying it. We have been doing this for everyone who has written in thus far.

There was no extended downtime lately, but around 2/9 there were a few days where the website crashed for a bit in the early AM hours. This issue has since been resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
