I'd agree, good time this year.

Personally, ended with 562 (548 Unique) items, with a decent mix of rarities: 1-99 | 331 | ~40% Retired Items | 133 | ~20% Cash Shop Items | 34 | ~6% Melody Items | 80 | ~14% Holiday / Game Prizes | 50 | ~9% Artifacts | 30 | 5% Free Gifts | 28 | 5% Currency | 1 | .1%

Interestingly, by percentage, there were way less Melody items this year vs previous years - down (to ~14%) from 27% last year and 35% the year prior. This is also the first year that free shop items were included, I believe, which is a nice change.

Typically, there's a pretty obvious drop in "good" items over time. This year seemed a little more balanced, although personally, I didn't get any CS items on the last day - although judging by the bragging thread, I may have just been unlikely.

Thanks for posting those stats. While I didn't keep track I am betting my break down would be very similar except for the fact that I got quite a few cash shop things.

Someone mentionted seeing a lot of complaints. Maybe I missed them because I never have the shoutbox open. I highly recommend it!

The Free Shop was so amazing this year; I would also like to extend my thanks!

I got loads of wearables from different places to fill the wardrobe, and some other items I needed. I think the best item I got was the book that lets you skip ahead in Item Hunt, but because I don't really play that, I just read it to my pet. I also got a January 2010 collection, some hair coupons, a Battle of the Bands Sticker (now I don't have to play that game or whatever it is you have to do to get one), I also got some non-wearable Cash Shop items that I wouldn't really buy from there unless I was desperate. I did get quite a few items that I had no use for, but those can be fragged or recycled or thrown into the Rift.

I too was very happy with the free shop. Even though I didn't have a lot of time to spend there, I got some really nice items - actually more than when I've spent a lot of time grabbing stuff. So thank you very much.

Very happy with the Free Shop this year! I was lucky enough to receive several collection items, and enjoyed seeing old Melody items as well. All around a good time. ^_^

I didn't get much of a chance to snag some items but what I did get I was happy with. <ore Melody items would have been welcome, people always need doubles and triples. :D

Personally, I thought the Free Shop this year was amazing and I would like to add my thanks to , , and any other Subeta staff who generously stocked it, and made sure it was up and working for all of us to enjoy. I loved the wide mix of items both in source and in value. For me the best part about the Free Shop is that little window of suspense when you have made a purchase and are waiting to see what you bought and the fantastic assortment this year meant that little thrill was there for every single purchase right up to the very end. And I got so many nice surprises - I even wound up making new HAs (something I don't often do) with some of the wearables. In my opinion this year's Free Shop was truly above and beyond and I am very grateful.

I think the shop was success this year. I got no less than 20 collection items many of which ended up in my wardrobe not counting all the expensive books my pet added to they're library. Hell I have a few items in my shop right now that I don't know how to price!

If I had a complain it would be that I wasn't online much so it was a little irritating to log-on and find the shop empty... but it never lasted long, I'd try again in like 10 minutes to find it restocked.

Overall a big success and I wish I could have taken advantage of it more but that was on me not the site :D
