hi all! ♥ just going to address some of these points quickly while I have time!

first and foremost, QUEUE TIMES! the primary reason for this slowing down as of a few months ago is due to the fact that I can't easily access Subeta at my fulltime job where I work pretty odd hours (1:30PM-10:30PM - I get home super late, which is why when you see the queue move during the week it's usually pretty late at night!) as well as going through a few bouts of sickness here and there and because of that my time has been very limited! I am the only one working the queue so it's been quite tricky to try to balance. Please be patient with me while I continue to try to figure out a good balance for that!

More visual tutorials was something I was working on a bit ago and intend to get finished up. if you guys have any suggestions on what, exactly, you'd like clarified, please let me know!

the community shop is an interesting idea, but it would absolutely take away from queue review time. for CW contests, I do have to review every single submission to make sure that it is site-ready, so it would effectively double the workload on the queue side if it is not a paid feature of the site. we get a TON of submissions for CW contests (into the hundreds!) and having to review that much art on a monthly basis is likely not something we can pursue at this time due to the lack of manpower to be able to do so. that said, we do want to look into doing more CW contests if people like them! :)

custom items is an interesting idea, but it would have to be cost-effective on both sides in order to be successful, among other things.

as for the submission process, if you guys have suggestions on how you would like to see this streamlined, definitely let us know!

feel free to ping me, i'll be keeping some watch on this thread!
