It's hard to pick one! But I'd probably limit myself to a gen 1 pick because I didn't keep up much with pokemon into later gens despite seeing some pretty cool designs come out.

I'd go with Haunter. I love how Haunter looked on the old gameboy colour/pokemon Red.
