Thank you for letting me know that the payouts are not working correctly! I'm debugging this now.
All of the old tables will be moved over.

Debugging is finished, and the fix has been deployed <3
Payouts should have gone out as well in the last few minutes. (This was from me running it manually.) We will see in about 23.5 hours from now if it works automatically after this fix :)

I noticed that I'd been shunted off the Reflection (CM) HST by a frozen user and am glad that most frozen users I saw earlier on the HSTs have disappeared, so I'll check for that one again tomorrow. c: Do they have to be manually removed or is there an automatic check?
There's still one frozen user on Gravedigger (Cumulative) at number 18, but all other HSTs appear to be clear. c:

The frozen users getting added was an oversight when I first started moving the old tables over, and these should start to disappear as I move the rest over. I went ahead and manually fixed the Gravedigger one you mentioned though since you pointed it out!
I will be double-checking to make sure the high score data gets changed correctly when accounts are frozen and unfrozen.

Ah, I see! Thanks for fixing it up so frozen users will no longer show up (until/unless they come back) and for fixing up that one errant user. ^^ It's much appreciated!

The payouts didn't go out for top ten monthly last night, I have one for overall score so payouts for them went out. I was on about 5 of the monthly high score boards and pretty high up I think around the first three so the likelihood I got knocked off all in one day is slim to none.
I'd guess the rollover for the tables happened before the payout went out?
Sorry for the delay on this - been a hectic few months! Do you know if the same issue happened in May/June/July? If so, your hunch is probably correct. I will look into this.

EDIT: Just to mention the night before i only got one for overall score, so seems my guess is right
I didn't receive a payout for Pete Says last night either (both cumulative and high score).
Stumbling upon this post, that made me aware that I haven't received any events for 4 top 10 scores I have this month for the past couple of days. I don't know if the payouts are happening or not, but at least the events are not going out.
I'm having the same problem. I'm currently on three Top 10 scoreboards (Ziaran Raceway, Pete Says, and Street team) and was on Spectrail too earlier in the month, and I haven't gotten a payout in days.

Ditto on this occurrence (or lack thereof). The last notifications I received for scoreboard awards appeared at some odd time in the afternoon. as opposed to the usual 2am, and they've been absent since.
Edit: Did receive notifications/awards at the usual 2am on 12 October.

I'm putting this in the thread because it seems related... I've been getting pings/payouts like "You received 25,000 sP for having a high score (of 28) in Caliph's Tomb this month!" every day for several days in a row. (I believe I was getting another arcade game payout for several days earlier this month, but it's only Caliph's Tomb today.) I thought these were supposed to pay out monthly, not daily. Am I wrong or is this a bug?
