Not sure how relevant it is to the OP anymore, but the sticker was actually the participation prize for submitting anything to that contest, so there should be way more than 10 in existence! (me and my friend both have one!)

But since it's a permanently consumable item (use in the sticker album and it's deleted) I don't know how many would be left, or what a price would be. Just adding some more info here :)

Actually I believe while it was a participation prize it was only given to those whose submissions made it to the voting stage, not everyone who submitted.
