All time fave: Blue Moon
Current go to: the vegan cinnamon roll one from Ben and Jerry's
I usually try to go for a different flavor every time I can - the spice of life creates memories! I would say the go-to from the store is most often brownie chunks in vanilla or classic chocolate, but, from an ice cream store, whatever their weird flavors are.
I actually tried an amazing gelato combination a weeks back - fig and mascarpone & pistachio gelato. SO GOOD. It was my first time trying pistachio.
- how about you? c:
- Woah, vegan cinnamon roll?! That sounds amazing! I recently tried some vegan vanilla ice cream, but it was just so overwhelmingly coconut-y I couldn't do it. How would say that one is?
if you like Ben & Jerry's, you'll like their vegan ice Cream. Made with almond milk. I read some reviews that felt it was too ice crystal-y, but that was not my experience. I do not recommend the one with peanuts though.
- Will definitely give it a try! I don't think I've had Ben & Jerry's since childhood, and I'd love a lactose-free option that isn't based in coconut. I'll look out for the cookie dough and cinnamon bun ones! Thanks :)
I am a sucker for Coldstone's birthday cake remix. No joke, it's probably the only thing I ever get there. I'll try samples of their other flavors that look interesting, but I pretty much always go for the birthday cake remix in the end xD As for ice cream I buy for my freezer, I love chocolate with yummy things in it, like peanut butter. Chocolate peanut butter ice cream is amazing.
- My roommate is obsessed with chocolate pb ice cream! we have two cartons in the freezer, but I've never tried it. I might have to steal some now. (And I've added Cold Stone to my post-distancing places to go. Thanks for that inspo too)
You should definitely try it. If you like chocolate ice cream and you like peanut butter, there's pretty much no way you can lose!
My favorite ice cream combo is from Braums, it's peppermint on top of german chocolate :)
It really depends on where I'm getting it from, but my go-to is mint chocolate chip!
Ben & Jerry's Phish Food!
I had this really delicious salted caramel ice cream once at a place that went out of business shortly afterward. Mostly I am just a vanilla or chocolate person, I don't have very adventurous taste buds.

My childhood favorite that never fails to make me happy is Rocky Road. I love that stuff so fricking much.
But when I'm not feeling like dealing with the crunchy part of the Rocky Road, I love Talenti Mint Cookie Crumble. Ooooooh god now I want ice cream <3
"Think about it. If I was a copy, why would I kick my own butt?" -Dark Pit, Kid Icarus: Uprising (2012)
Man, cookies and cream is the best ice cream imo. I also would pick rocky road, banana nut, or butter pecan if it's not available. As for simple flavors, it's chocolate hands down.
Also. Here in my town there's a creamery that boasts its own set of unique flavors. I tried some of them and they are to die for. I can't remember then now since I haven't been since before quarantine.

For me it's a stiff competition between mint chip and chocolate fudge brownie.
I think mint chip wins out because it doesn't worsen my acne to the same extent as chocolate fudge brownie. Lol
Well... I love chocolate, strawberry and mint chip. I also like neopolitan (I probably spelled that wrong lol), cookies and cream and vanilla. I also like the rainbow ice cream that tastes like fruit rolls ups!
I’m diabetic, so i don’t buy ice cream very often and I’m allergic to peanuts, coconut and nuts so I’m limited. I’d also love to try Ben & Jerry’s but here in Canada, it’s $6.99 for that tiny little tub and when it goes on sale, it’s $5.99. No thanks. I’d rather buy a large tub for $4.99
I also wish we had our own ice cream shop with unique flavours. We don’t. We only have DQ and Bitter Bills. We’re a large enough city, but we don’t get anything cool.
