Toru glanced up from the book curiously when a bit of bright red caught the corner of their eye. It was a girl with a pastel green apron and Toru gave her a small smile. "I-I could u-use some help i-if you don't want t-to try it a-alone?" They mumbled shyly and nodded at Phlox. She seemed a year or two younger than they were, but with how small Toru was they were often mistaken for a first year as opposed to being 13. Their stutter and shy voice also didn't help reflect their age.
((I'm sick and struggling to do anything so please bear with me.))
“Yeah.” Seb grinned. “Way better than if I tried to make it myself.” Turning his grin on the timid newcomer when Lily waved. “Hello.” He said brightly while reaching for a carafe of water. Emptying its contents into the cauldron Seb watched enthusiastically as the pitcher slowly refilled once it had been set back on the table. “OK, here we go.” He pointed his wand and a small flame burst into life beneath the cauldron. “Start it low and turn it up when the rest is in it?” He shrugged and awaited further instructions.
(( Feel better soon!!! D: ))
After seeing Phlox's wave back, Lily turned her attention back to the task at hand. "Yeah. Around medium heat once the ingredients are in."
((thanks the flu is kicking my butt))
