Zoe stood over the sign hovering in the air near the camping site at the Great Lake. There were several stations out and about for cooking. "Good evening everyone. We are going to have a Borscht cook off. For those who don't know, Borscht is a sour soup common in Eastern Europe. Since we have the Russian Quidditch team here, I thought it'd be nice to introduce it. This soup has many variants and often uses beetroots as one of the main ingredients hence why it has a red colour. ((totally taken from Wikepidia for ease.)) Now the goal here is to make a soup. Obviously it's not being graded. But we can all chat about things and so on. I have some door prizes to hand out for participants."
