Thanks for the input! I'm also trying to think of more personality traits for Heemi, but in general, she's very rambunctious, occasionally a bit anxious, and desires positive reinforcement for her actions, no matter what that looks/feels like to other people.
That is, she's the type of person who would absolutely tell someone her personal headcanon about their favorite book character at 5:30 AM because they'd simultaneously love it, hate it, and be unable to stop thinking of it as canon. XD
But uh, getting back on the subject of battling, how do you guys raise stats faster? I don't really want to use boosters since the training service is so cheap, and Spend EXP exists...but it looks like I might have to start turning in mage amulets and hoping for tomes.
These are my main battle pets:
Verdugo - my favorite (don't tell the others) Oranos - I liked both the angel kumos and steamwork kumos Deinosuchus Albert Whisker Jill Valentine Power Surge Forli - he has an overlay, but it's his character that is why he is a battle pet
Pylot also has an overlay that is technically not a "pet species"
I actually went with a spectrum endeavor for Heemi, as you should be able to see! I have some plans for her lore, but they're hard for me to articulate right at this second. I'll have to work out writing them down, LOL
Auto - train, that's the fastest way to train without boosters but it also costs 25 csc every day. With boosters, tomes for sure.

I'll try auto-training, but I have no idea how it works. Does it swap stats to train evenly, or do I have to train all of the stats over 5 days?
I personally don't auto-train, it's too expensive. Early in tiers, I manually trained because it was easy enough to just keep putting them back in training a few times a day. Do battle quests. That is the fastest and cheapest way to gain stats. You will earn exp for each battle quest you complete that could then be used to buy stats. There are also boosters in the battle shop you can buy using tokens you win during battle quests and regular quests.
First, what is your tier? Second, you can train 2.5 times the level, so you don't need to train level too much. You can train over 2.5 times the level, if you start the auto-train session before the stat reach 2.5 times the level. When training, you choose what stats to buff, so if you auto strength that stat gets all the points for the next 24 hours. Then, you can train strength again if you still can or a different one.

Look at all that health your T4 has! Nice! How are you finding your build? Which kinds of opponents still give you trouble?
I would recommend auto-train then if you have a tier 1. The stats from auto is much higher than you can get any other way, for the cost besides manual, until like tier 6-7. If you want to save then no just manual, if you want stats fast then yes. Plus, you can get csc for free from bath house if you're consistent or from using morty cards that you get from quests. So, you can auto without spending extra sp. It's all about preference.

time!! Battle Quest
[Edit] You Won! You have defeated Menecuda Kuuipo earned 3500 EXP Points!

Thanks, I think he is doing okay, lol I am finding the Heavy Hitters the hardest:( The ones with a heap of Strength.. they are just pummeling me too hard! I have always trained evenly (over at Neo) so Helt is doing that also, but am actually training Miss Grace, in Strength and Speed only (along with Health) and not worrying about Defence (to give that build a go) as mentioned on one of the Guides
Just getting ready to do todays BQs, first time as a T4.. so will see how we go ^_^
Thanks for reminder, Julie!!

oops, my little lamb looks a bit big.. {should be regulation, but prefer her smaller.. lol} 'scuse me while I practise all these new things!.. :P
Do you know what difficulty they are though (hard, very hard)? Any challenger in particular? Just remember when you do mess around with different builds, some builds will have an easier time than others beating opponents.
Definitely Maybel and the 2 dolls.. hmmm, will take better note today! I think I need to check out that Challenger list, to see the difficulty Levels
And yes, I realize there will be different outcomes with the different builds.. just thought I would try it with Grace, as I didn't want her just sitting there doing nothing, hehe Wasn't supposed to get more pets!
hope it did that right..
That's fine, just something to keep in mind. Most people start with a battle pet that is evenly trained until they better understand battling and what kind of stats they need to beat opponents. It's also easier to change a pet build when they start with even training. Although, you will never go wrong with high health. It's good that you have one of each so you always have an alternate to battle with

Got wasted by Rimeflare Hatchling, then used my skip and got Felibot... but had fun!
Yeah, Miss Grace is basically just for fun.. thought I may as well just keep training all 3 Tigreans:) Thanks for Info!
I know it's tempting to use boosters just to get the stats up quicker, but it's better in the long run to hang on to them. Any you happen to win from Shinwa, any amulets you get from Quentin, etc. Hoard battle tokens rather than spending them for the same reason.
Use a boost if you're just shy of being able to beat the next level of battle quest opponent, or just shy of being able to beat a seasonal challenger, but otherwise they'll be much more valuable later on when training is more expensive and takes longer.
I like autotraining for low-tier pets as well but I would only use free CSC from the bath house/Morty cards for it personally, it isn't good enough to justify spending actual money in my opinion.
As others have said, battle quests and spending EXP is your main way, alongside training.
Also as a tip, start reading books to your battler now. Intelligence = AP = better scroll sets, and that's actually more important than weapons. Don't be like me and not really realise that for way too long and end up trying to binge-read hundreds of books at a time, it hurts :P
congrats on your progress!

...I started Auto-training Heemi. I have enough CSC to justify it. I'm just worried that the stats are going to turn out weird, or that she'll go over the cap or something. How does autotraining work?
EDIT: Got my first stat booster from Shinwa!!
Got 1 amulet from Q today~
When you auto-train, it automatically enrolls you in training sessions for 24 hours. So you don't have to worry about missing training sessions while you're sleeping for instance! You can get 1, 2 or 3 stats per training session. You're more likely to get 3 stats per training session while using auto training. And don't worry, the cap is 35,000 stats so you got a long way to go. ;) Each stat can only be trained 2,5x that of level so you won't get out of whack until you start using boosters and EXP to start training certain stats unevenly. You should check out this page if you haven't yet, and then this topic has a lot more in depth info ^_^
I personally auto-train but I spend $ on Subeta because I can and because I like Subeta and have income that I can afford to spend on Subeta. Not everyone has that though! Which is okay. I get why not everyone does it.
Congrats on your wins!!! That's awesome!! Did you have enough tokens to get a Gorgun from the Battle Shop? I have a ton extra so let me know if you want me to grab you one!
