It's kinda outdated but I really dunno much about Subeta tier weapons. I mean, I don't even know how to mod a weapon! 😓 Would appreciate any help! Also I do have my eyes on the Reviver Lion and Soma Tabs but I'm still saving! ;v;

T8 is pretty much when you start being able to play with the good stuff, so your main focus should be on getting there as soon as you can. What are Nii's stats? Her profile is very pretty but not very useful from a battling point of view!

Your PQuill is going to stay in your set. The rest... is not, lol.

This thread will be useful, it talks about mods and scrolls and all sorts of other things you can read through at your leisure.

A few weapon suggestions based on what I've got lying around my armory, I suggest you look them up on subetalodge and see if they'll be useful and within your budget:

Acorn Bomb - T7 bomb, does decent damage, applies a curse for 100 rounds of chip damage, once per battle Scientist Specs - T8 freezer, does a bit of damage and defence as well; if you need a freezer right now, Gorgun will do you a solid. Fruit Bone Dagger/Panzer Hydra Blade are decent T7 constants for right now, though if you're very close to T8 you may not want to bother. Once you hit T8, Blessed Trident of the Banished One is the ideal, but chances are you don't have one (it was one of the prizes for completing a bobblehead collection a long time ago) and you're not likely to find one now. I sold mine since I didn't battle at the time and I have regretted it ever since. My T8 has Large Gutting Knife as his main constant (it does a bit of healing) and Rapier of Error to go with it. Amulet of Drakkonis is a good 50% healer to back up your quill while you save for the reviver. Recycle Blaster is your budget Soma, even once you get Soma it's nice to keep both around for when you need blasters.

As for scrolls, hang on to Aftershocks, it's the best constant scroll you'll get (in my opinion). How much AP/intelligence does Nii have? That's the big factor in a lot of higher tier battling. The more scrolls you can equip, the better, especially the freezing ones - not all enemies can be chain frozen, but enough of them can that it's really worth piling on as many as possible. Fatal Fire is worth keeping but probably won't be in your main scroll set.

It'd be cool if they made Shrieks a guaranteed drop for later battles, like 25 and 50.

Can I ask how soon is soon do you think for your pet to reach t8? The difference between t7 and t8 weapons is actually quite big so if you're really close I'd start recommending t8 weapons to invest in over recommending t7s that you'll outgrow within a few weeks.

Phoenix Quill is a staple for all sets so that will be sticking with you and Aftershocks is a great scroll to have. Those two aren't going to change.

@ Loten, I've been meaning to get Acorn Bomb! I have it on my WL, ha. I should get that now and no, I didn't have the chance to get the trident. ;v; I saw it in a guide 2~3 years ago-ish that it's almost as elusive as the Shinwa Shard thing, I joined pretty late and took me like years to adjust with Subeta lol. I never really had people to talk to until I just sucked it up and start posting in the forums. (like...4 years after I joined?)

okay, so not too bad :) probably worth grabbing some of the cheaper suggestions though. They'll let you beat up more opponents to get more exp and get there all the faster.

And definitely add a freezer to your scrolls if you can. Strong Stomp is the best, followed by Shriek of Despair, followed by Psycho Smasher, followed by Cold Blast, followed by Gale Force.

Gale Force is by far the cheapest since it's in the battle shop and farming tokens is free. The rest depend on your budget.

Gift of the Forj is also a nice scroll to have, at your current stats it's more than a full heal as well as doing some damage and defence.

I was the same, don't worry. I was training my main pet just to see numbers go up for years, only really got into battling fairly recently. And outside events this is pretty much the only forum I post on :P

I see. We're the same, huh! Well, in my case, I really wanted the Panzer kitty minion during the Panzer Hydra event and I was too weak to even stand up to the 7-Headed Hydra so I was like, ok. Let's train someone up. lol I mean I could buy it but too expensive. :'(

Woo! Hit T8 two days ahead of schedule because I found a couple baddies to get wins on for some extra EXP. :)

Hi and welcome! Nii is cutie! Hm one thing I could recommend off the top of my head is you could upgrade your into a . It's a 12.5m cost, you get the from the Winter section of the Millionaire Center, then Genetech Combo it with your Reborn wand. The new wand will heal 10% of your health (so 86 HP instead of the 40 HP your wand does now) and it has a chance to freeze! It does a few more icons of damage and also blocks a few more. If you decide to train another pet one day it will come in handy again too. :)

For sure, it's a little cheaper then! Unfortunately I've been using hand-me-downs so I don't remember what a lot of the good T7 weapons are haha. T8 does have some good stuff though!! You'll be there soon, especially with BQs. :) Oh, you may wanna grab during the Fall MC stock, it's quite good for a T7 weapon. It blocks 60 water icons, and has 3 mod slots so pretty impressive. Pretty sure I had to use it to get past Surge in BQs. ^_^

Reborn Icewand is going to work nicely in your set when you can make it. Other suggestions I have are:

Def invest in an Acorn Bomb when you can.

Keep the Gorgun as freezer for now, because next freezer is which is expensive, and I'd just wait to upgrade to the at tier 8 because they're better AND cheaper than the DDS.

Invest in a blaster for battles where you want to get rid of weapons. is good if you've been able to win one.

For my t7s I actually use the . It doesn't have a heal but it buffs stats every turn.

Useful weapons that you can both use now/are going to help in ALL later tiers are , , . Reviver heals 90% of your health, and RV and STS are both full blockers that you can use once per battle. All three are expensive but sound investments, but I also understand if you aren't willing to sink that kind of sP or CSC at this point in time.

For ref, my t7 weapon setup is this:

The Knocker is more expensive these days than it used to be and it's not necessary. Knocker scales up with tiers which is why I like it and it is an infinite use healer. Soma is another blaster but it's more expensive than RB.
