does anyone have suggestions for at what point i should start going after the extremely hard challengers/which are most approachable? im 650 from t8 but just wondering what to start building up to :)

Generally opponents follow this pattern: Easy - Tier 1 Medium - Tier 2, 3 Hard - Tier 4, 5 Very Hard - Tier 6, 7 Extremely Hard - Tier 8, 9, 10 Impossible - Tier 11, 12, 13

I really like this thread Challenger Tier Guide~ for tier suggestions, but it's a bit out of date now. I would start by seeing who you can beat in BQs from level 21-25. Iirc, Cursed Effigy should be the easiest.
