For main weapons I used Swashbuckle and Sierrac Basal Ice Flail when I first beat him a couple of weeks ago, I also used the Volatile Energized Mecha for the boost, and chain froze him as much as possible.

yeah I got him to blue health with my 6 shrieks + mech helmet but once the freezing stopped he stomped me in like, 2 hits.

Working towards getting the mech (27 imp tokens i think), don't have the others two weps sadly. I don't think I have a good ice blocker, I think that's whats messing me up. My mains right now is blessed trident and an ME, I might switch to PE or just nuckle and use my skip.

The 30s sure have been though though!

damn didnt realise how cheap the flail was, so grabbed that. don't want to dip into my funds too much, just met an sp milestone (hoarding tendencies aghhhh)

Yay for getting the Flail! Do you have your weapons modded with Parched Baguette Crystals ? I have mine with these cyrstals, since it has 10% chance of activating Parched Blessing (100% freeze protection for 5 rounds)

You can use the Scientist Specs to get a boost of 50 strength defense and speed, plus it's a 100% freezer.

The Blessed Trident of the Banished One scales with your pet's tier, and past tier 10 it blocks out 90 wind icons.

Or the Featherweight Axe of Gusts, it scales with speed and increases its wind protection accordingly.

you might need a few more stats before taking them on, but still give them a shot during BQ, you'll be surprised how far you can get when keep trying :D

BQs seem to take forever sometimes....I keep telling myself it will be worth it by the end of the month when I can use the saved EXP...

Funny enough, I feel like BQ go a lot faster now with all the new challengers :P Are you having problems with the newly added challengers?

I hardly look at the art, so I'm bad with challenger descriptions, unless it's really LOOK AT ME, like Malerias Familiar or Prodigy LOL

Seems the Kitty does mostly wind and dark icons, so best to block these. Swash/Trident are good against wind, while ME would be best against the dark icons. There's also Gelatin Slayer, which blocks 75 dark), Malignant Rift Staff blocks 7-10 dark. Paintbrush Blades blocks constant 8 dark icons.

It also deals Earth, but taking Cobalts with you might be able to block the attacks out after you end your chain freezing his eyes out ^^

I have been using my Blades...but I don't have the other weapons. I'm kicking myself for not really trying for that last win against the gelly wizard. I thought I had the staff...but turns out it's the blade, or whatever the other weapon is...

what about Featherweight Axe of Gusts for wind protection? It starts with a constant 10 block, and scales with a pet's speed, and I believe Haneul might be on the high end, so it would block 50 wind.

Haneul didn't have to face the kitty today...we're stuck on level 30 with Crithbolcan. We've beaten them before, but right now...I'm tired of clicking...lol

EDIT: Haneul's stats: Health: 4140 / 4140 Strength: 2800 Defense: 2590 Speed: 2620
