Good morning :D Any advice against the Stomper? I keep dying because all my weapons get stolen :(

If you're tier 11 or better, Ornamented Hook Swords + Ether work great on the stomper; just load em with Parched mods to try & prevent freezing. Ether generates a new weapon each turn so it'll lower the odds of it taking one you need. Just use it every turn & the odds he'll steal it will go lower & lower. And even if he does, you'll have a ton of other weapons to try.

In any event, I would also advise against bringing in a super powerful healer (like Phoenix Quill or anything that heals a % of damage) Those I find were almost always snatched and there's nothing worse than having it heal when it's all the way down...

On a side note, I'm finally done with Hydro! 16,130,452 damage done in a whopping 609 battles.

Guess I will have to break down and get that Either sigh I have managed 2 wins with chain freeze, but OHS's blessing hasn't been kicking in and I keep getting everything stolen within the first few turns.... I am using ROTL & PQ, so maybe I should not use them? I feel like I'll day hard without them (though it's the same if they get stolen anyway thinks)

You wouldn't have an Ether I could borrow to test it out before splurging that much sP? My pet is high tier 12, and would love to get at least 5 wins, so 3 to go :P

I do have an ether. I can lend it to you for a bit, you'l just have to replace the mod crystals on it. x4 is what I put on (they're in the battle shop under Medium for 3 points each).

Ether has a 10% heal rate on it, so that should help. If you have the Gift of the Forj scroll, that can be used in a pinch or if you have a set healer like The One Ring (which heals 1000 points flat).

Try it without the ROTL. It heals 90%, so if he takes it you'll basically be resetting him... If you can't manage w/o it, you can give it a try & hope he doesn't take it. You can also try making sure you active scroll heals too. Aftershocks is probably the best one.

The Ether has the unique property of generating you a new weapon every time you use it. Every time. So, if you keep using it again and again and again, you'll wind up with rows and rows and rows of weapons. The more weapons you have, the less likely he is to steal your needed ones. So the basic rule is to never stop using it.

It can come down to a bit of luck; he can still steal it early on and they'r you're pretty much doomed.

Good for you; Enjoy you new best friend. That little sweetie might take you all the way to 10. And it's a great wall against physical attacking challengers or stealers

Stomper, Wizard (need like...3 or 2 more wins to get the concoction thing), and even if it would be useful for some high hits against the big guy...Haneul is high t11 (almost t12) and I can easily replace the mods

IDK how good it'll be against Hydro but it should work well for the stomper.
