it was good, we actually celebrated on friday as Daniel had to work long hours on the weekend and he didn't want to make Marcus have to wait all day to open his gifts. they built lego almost all day and we had pizza, cookie dough ice cream cake.. and then we watched Big Hero 6.

that sounds like a perfect day <3 what legos did they build?

i got him a truck/trailer set w/ 2 quads and Daniel got him one with over 700 pieces to make a bunch of police like things.. like trucks, cars, boats, planes, and big work station bus or a robot. xD and he loves his pokemon colouring book.

so i may not be able to get the switch online this month as i wanted as i had to order the switch console i wanted before it sold out. got one of the last two before prices skyrocketed from other sellers. :O

That sounds super awesome! I hope hunter loves legos. Its fun to build them :) my sister gave us a TON of my nephews hand me down legos already. Oh what console did you get?

i got the pokemon lets go pikachu that comes with the game and a pokeball. the eevee one was already sold out but i can buy the game later as the console is the same.

haha yea its pokemon and the pokeball apparently works with pokemon go app. also i just like the colours of the joycons.

do you still play pokemon go? I recently quit playing I guess about two months ago. Just didn't have the drive for any phone games

i never did play it.. i don't have data on my phone so i don't do phone games at all xD just console games for me, LOL xD

my headpiece is wire and pearls but it does not fit with the outfit my HA is wearing

The Free shop was amazing this time!!

I wondered if I just got lucky with the Free Shop but it sounds like everyone got good stuff. I even got a book that was on my WL! :-D

I think fish eating kind of depends on where you're from. Since we're near the ocean it's pretty popular here. Salmon is pretty much mine and Liz's main fish. And I eat shrimp all of the time - I usually have either shrimp or chicken breasts ready to eat so if I need a quick protein. How's Jesse doing? Still sleeping all night?

Did you see all of the Sims stuff was recently on sale? I haven't been playing so couldn't justify buying anything. And oh there's a new TV show here called Lego Masters that looks pretty good. I think it's starts Wednesday night.

That is true. I like certain fish, only if I'm in the mood for it though. I'm from Charleston, SC so I ate loads of seafood when I was a kid. But since I've moved a little bit farther away from the ocean I don't eat it as much. I used to love oysters, crab legs, shrimp, the whole shebang. Maybe it's because I feel like the seafood isn't as fresh, and it just doesn't taste as good :O Don't judge me, but I don't think I've ever eaten salmon :O LOL! He's doing great! For the most part he does sleep through the night. He wakes up around 4-5 though and we just throw him in bed with us till 8 XD

You haven't tried salmon? 😳 tries not to judge Colorful Bawhahahaha! I'm totally teasing! But it is seriously good - if the right kind and cooked right. King Salmon is def the best. And I put seasoning salt, seasoned pepper and lemon slice on it when I cook it (in the air fryer) and it's so yummy! Where are you living now, if I may ask? And that's great he's sleeping so well! Hopefully he'll learn to be a sleeper inner too! Liz has always gotten up early. Argghhh!

I knowww, I'm so lame! I can't believe I've never tried it either DX Maybe next time we go to the store we will get some :O We really should be eating better anyway. It has a taste all it's own - you may not like it if you haven't grown up on it. Liz is a picky eater though and she asks for it weekly. It's so hard to find some that's good - outside of eating it at a restaurant. (I just got lucky and found some fairly cheap near my house. And they always have it.) If you see smoked salmon it might be the easiest way to see if you like it. Plus being smoked usually makes any salmon taste good. Hopefully he will! Or at least until 7 or 8 is nice!
