The rift sure does like tossing out those studded belts, I think that's the third I've gotten in the last couple of weeks!
Remembered to do everything else the other day when I jumped on and totally forgot the damn pools, so reset on that again...eventually I will hit however many days are needed to finish up those achievements and then I'll likely never, ever, visit again, lol!

Most of the issues are apartment issues :P That being said erm written... it's my 7th apartment and once the issues are all resolved and I'm settled in, it'll be the best apartment I've ever had. I'm making new acquaintances as well as getting to know a bit better others I know a bit. I still have some unpacking to do; however, I've gotten help from several people so it's less daunting. I knew from the start it was a pilot project & a new building... I'm one of the rare ones that's trying to keep this in mind while some just whine constantly.
I have all the bathhouse achievements and I still keep going... as well as having reset grumbles. Free things including CSC keep me coming back :)

He takes out 500,000 sP that he uses to pay you for your map. He also gives you access to the Treasure Room where you can choose an item that has been found in the crypts recently.

I usually toss items in the Rift... always got retired items. Helps reduce some prices that soared over the years :)
