For my birthday I gave myself a great gift: appreciating more my apartment. The rich building that's stuck to mine was having an open house. The apartments are smaller, have less storage, appliances are supplied but they're small, etc. They have services; however, it's problematic to get help and there's only 1 area where all three towers have activity rooms. Over 300 apartments yet not many use the facilities (1 virtual golf, 2 small bowling allies, 1 art room, 1 pool with a small artificial beach, 1 exercise room with almost no equipment, etc. A 1 bedroom apartment (3 1/2) that's smaller than mine (almost half the size) costs more than 1.9k whereas mine is under $670. I don't pay that amount since I have a subvention so it's even less :D Basically they ask more than 3 times the amount and I have the better apartment :P Coming home, I felt happy to have such a privilege. Yeah, there's a bunch of stuff that needs fixing; however, it'll be awesome in a while ;)
