-22 degrees F in my lil village today. I am ready for Spring. NOW....

Monsoon season is upon the desert southwest, when cloudy days come its a cover from the sun. Though rainfall is scattered and sporadic, at least in my locale. I know showers have been reported, its still early.

today is 100F (37C) which is, unfortunately, normal for the summer. But at least it was a cloudy day today so it seemed less hotter then usual. Getting a cloudy day in the summer season is a blessing!

It rained on and off two days now, my cacti won't need watering today, but I know in a day or two come humidity from evaporation.

In the midst of monsoon season, today's weather yielded an afternoon shower. No need to water my plants this week.

I see that I may have to delay some auto maintenance until tomorrow or the storm's passing.

What cold weather?

Here in the desert southwest we can dry our laundry in the sun. 53F isn't much to complain about, but a full sun and clear skies would be enviable.

Mine look forward to days when I can sleep without blankets and shower with hot water from the cold valve.
