I 100% agree that the site can use some revamp and some fresh activities, but I also think that that's a discussion for another thread. I'm not trying to discount your point at all, I just don't want it to get confused with the Blue Building requirements issue, and then both points getting lost in the middle. :)

And anyway, I'm not here to change anyone's mind, just stating that I personally don't think 100 posts is (or should be) that much of an issue, but I wouldn't be upset to see it scrapped either. I'm not very social myself (I'm here for the pets), but I'm trying to change that by involving myself in these discussions. ;)

There's also a consistency aspect.

1. Survival. I don't have to make a post asking someone to bite me to get an infection. I can just use the Voluntary Infection Program. If I want Candy Hearts I can just kiss random people in the Survival forum - I don't have to post in one of the User Above threads.

2. Masquerade and Vesnali. Can get dances or flowers by picking random people from the event forums. I don't have to post in one of the User Above threads.

3. Morostide. There's now an option to ToT a random user. If I want to TP someone's house I can just pick a random person from a User Above thread. I don't have to post in it myself.

4. Drills quest to add a sticker to a friend's collection. I can just choose someone in a User Above thread where people don't mind getting cheap stickers. I don't have to make a post so I can get a sticker back.

5. Luminaire - we can now opt out of having people put gifts under our trees. Gift giving and receiving is a very social activity but we aren't forced to take part.
