I don't have a picture, but I do have an idea! I think it would be cute for you to wear a sweater/jumper with a reindeer face on the bump, and then hold two sticks sticking out of the bump like antlers (or you could paint/print those on too if you didn't want to use the sticks). Your caption could be, "Oh deer, baby is getting bigger!"

if you were lucky with the timing, you could get a short video of a bauble/decoration balanced on your bump but suddenly bub kicks and the bauble bounces off, and you could write some caption like "already unhelping with the decorations!"
