The Teahouse has changed dramatically from how we first envisioned it. Originally starting as a simple tea shop at the top of a mountain behind Shengui Guo, accessible with one click...we started work on this and weren't very excited with it.

It grew into something more. Something a lot more ambitious, and a lot more art and programming heavy. I'm going to give a few sneaky previews of some of the art we've been working on:

So essentially, the teahouse has become sort of an on-site story/plot that doesn't have a definite 'end'. It's something we're very excited about, and while plots usually take a few years to put together, as this one will remain accessible on the site we want it to be as good as possible. We want it to include NEW things and mechanics. It's taking a while!

As this has changed so much from our original plan, we may go ahead and work on some of Emma and Esther's other wedding gift ideas in the meantime.
