I was going to visit my aunts in Mexico today, but my brother needs a ride from a auto garage while his SUV is serviced. That means that I could go to my friend's after.

I'm always surprised anew when I hear someone talking about going into Mexico or Canada for a day trip. I'm so far away that I forget that it's so easy for other parts of the U.S.!

Today is laundry day for me. I live such a glamorous life! 😆

I'm so used to it, to be surprised by that kind of reaction.

I'll kill some time by cleaning and prepping for going to my friend's to at least present their share of sorbet.

I’m trying to sort out my pets and I’m looking at the SubetaPedia to see all the pet colours and which ones I like.

My favorite song would have to be Aerodynamic by Daft Punk. I spent 15 years searching for it with only a faint memory as criteria.

As for movie, maybe The Yellow Submarine. Again I spent years with fragmented memories, and turn of the century did I find a DVD copy.

I had a good end for this day, I found some worthwhile things at Savers. A BluRay player that works, a Mona the Vampire DVD, and a delightfully charming singing goat toy.

Yes, the Yellow Submarine is a from the Beatles -- it's a bizarre, fun and charming animated movie featuring their songs. I have two toys/figurines based on the movie. If you like their psychedelic music, or just want to give them a try, I recommend it. While it's not a top favorite of mine, I do enjoy it a lot!
