Well when I cleaned out it was a major improvement. I could do more to improve the odd places that have become neglected. I could use a good motivator.

Thank you so much for the compliment. Yes busy is good! This past week I was able to get a lot of gardening done. It was not anything major but it all needed to be done. I am pretty slow at working but I get it done eventually. :)

I also built my fairy garden area up with my sister and mom over the past few weeks. We have a spot in the front where we get no rain, wind, or sun, due to it being completely sheltered by an overhang of the house (honestly, it's a poor design of a house set up but I guess someone somewhere might like this type of alcove?). So my dad built some redwood plantar boxed and we put them in that area and then put fake plants and fairy houses that we decorated on clay platters so they look really cute. We are only about 1/3 of the way done maybe 1/2 now. I think it is cute though. ^^

I work in the morning as a teacher's assistant and as a teacher in the afternoon program Mondays-Thursdays. Usually I get home from work and hang up my tongue that's dragging on the floor... hehehe What an image, huh? I have to more days and then school camp for 3 weeks (same hours). If I work school camp, the morning job pays me for August, so that's nice. I hope I will do some sewing, at least repairs, and I want to make a digital photo album. That's the extent of my plans. Your fairy garden sounds wonderful. Post a picture?

Cleaning out is good. I haven't done it yet. A whole community nearby lost their homes last month to a fire. I shudder to think about starting over with nothing. Neat that you found an interesting record at GoodWill. It's fun to find treasures. My mom of Blessed memory used to say "One man's trash is another man's treasure".

Hot here too, and surprisingly cooler in the evening. I am not used to the relief at the end of the day!

I love your stories! If you want a slightly polished series to look into their world, Shtisel on Netflix. It's in Hebrew but has subtitles. I just started watching it and it looks interesting. In a voyeuristic sort of way. I don't watch a lot of shows.

The drawers are much easier to sort now, since in the manage wardrobe part you can see what the item looks like, pre-sort it and all kinds of other time-saving techniques.

Off to submit an application for a stocker position at a hardware store. If called back I'll need to make good arguments about my qualification. But they're looking for a bilingual and hard worker. If agricultural jobs aren't hard work, what is?

OH my gosh, yes they can be so cute and fun! I am not nearly as creative as so many other people out there. I did not actually build my own house but I decorated them/around them and everything.

Here check out my fairy garden. My mom, sister and I made it/created it together. We've spent months gathering items and bits of things here and there to make it happen.) All the rocks you see were collected by me over the many years of my life. Each one has special significance to me because I got each one at a different backpacking or camping trip. ^^ A few o the rocks came from my grandmothers rock collection in honor of her. She is not passed yet but very very old and had to move from her home and leave most of her possessions behind. I am lucky I got the rocks because I don't have anything else in her memory except my own memories.

See above to see my fairy garden. :D Your plans sounds very nice. It will be nice to get all those things done! Summer time can be a great time to get some extra hours and or just work more. I know working in the teaching industry often you get summers off which means no pay (if you are not salaried or choose that option for your salary when it is divided up). So it'll be great for you to be able to do the summer camp option as well, I hope it comes with pay or a stipend of some sort. ^^

What kind of sewing do you do, with a machine or hand sewing? I can work a machine but not very well. My mom is the one who is a seamstress. I can only do embroidery very well. I also do very good at hand sewing/repairing things by hand as long as there is no machine involved I am good at it. :P
