I'm posting this here even though it's related to a bug that happened a while ago because I don't remember exactly which bug it was and when it happened and what the fix was or where to report it etc, I just have vague memories of this being a thing that happened to multiple forum threads where posts that were longer than a specific amount of characters got cut off while they were importing databases a couple of months ago or something?

I'm mentioning it now because I only just noticed this happened to the forum thread ">"the weapon guide" because my pet is about to hit tier 4 and I wanted to look for some advice on weapons for a new set.. and the post that goes from tier 1 to tier 4 got cut off right after the list for tier 4 starts.. so it's missing all the info I'm looking for :

it's not my post (the topic and post in question were made by ), and several people have already commented on that topic itself about this issue (there's more posts in that topic that got cut off, some were made by users that aren't active anymore like ).. and I'm not sure what to do or where to report this.. do I contact about this, file a ticket, or post on the problems and bugs forum?

does anyone remember when this happened and what staff adviced us to do when we notice forum posts that were affected by it?

When I noticed one of these I sent in a ticket. Just put the subject as missing forum text. Then in the body I included a link to the topic in question. I also noted the post number because the OP itself was fine, it was just a post further in that was a problem.

Then they fixed it :).

thank you! I'll go file a ticket about it today :) in this topic the OP is also fine, it's posts number 3 and 4 that got cut off, I'll make sure to mention that
