So we know I'm past halfway on Soul Caliber III, and that finishing is a ways off. Something I forgot about is unlocking gag weapons, the first two were made available last night during my session. Though none are outlined in the walk-through.
It seems my sister might be going on a family trip. I've offered to house sit again.
There are gag weapons also, are these hard to unlock? That's so nice you offering to watch your sisters house for her. Abrazos =)

Every character has a version that is both visually and characteristically different. The majority have reduced damage effect, and a comical sound effect.
You'd get a kick out of Cervantes' its a wooden copy of Soul Edge and Nirvana 1P.
I looked them up. Those are some nice weapons,I don't think the weapons I looked at were wooden though. Abrazos =)

I looked it up, the description does point out wooden. The main difference is the pistol sword is without the shooter element. It's called Imitation Sword.
It sure does My Friend.I like those weapons a lot. Abrazos =)

Imitation swords sound fun :D Do a lot of video games have joke weapons like that? I've never looked for them.
I know the Soul Caliber series has joke weapons that are unlocked after playing a certain number of battles. Some of the are hilarious in that they don't come off as offensive.
I doubt I'll be able to continue after the 2,000 battle mark. I suspect the ancient versions follow the jokes. My goal is to unlock the last componet to complete 's Vioran character.
what's the last component you need then?
Its called Type-X hair, its modeled after Kos-Mos from XenoGears (?). I need to complete 2,000, and I took nine months to get 1,000. When I finish, I'm never palying again. But 2Outta3AintBad earned it, that makes it worth the effort.
I had done this before, twice.
so a light blue long hair type thing? you can buy it for her by playing a certain number of matches?
Its been several years since the last time. I think either its part of a bonus unlock at 2,000 or it will be available in the armor shop.
The likely outcome is the costume elements are in shop and the hair is a bonus.
As for the color...I originally kept it light blue. The assumption is her character can change it at will, but not on the spot.
Its funny, but something tells me I'm misinformed. The walkthrough says 2,000 battles, I think it means 2,000 victories. Nine months at my pace could very well be the specific number... I was defeated the same if not more times.
Hey, everyone! I am back. Real life got crazy for me.

Its only been a few weeks since I've heard from you. My time here is spent avoiding the infernal heat, but also the suffocating effect of A/C.
If I had mentioned here, I had been considered for a stocker position at a hardware store. Though it seems I was not selected. I'll take this in stride. I have quite a few appointments and other events this month, which would interfere with my first month on the job.
Also my cat had her kittens this morning, four. I would to keep her from going through this again.
Hey, it is so good to be back and talking to you again. :)
I am sorry it seems that you were not selected, but I bet it is all for the best. I mean you don't want work getting in the way of living your life to the fullest. There will be plenty of time for work in life.
Awww, kittens! I could see why you would not want her going through that again though.

If you're interested, a local Mexican radio station broadcasts online. XHUAR Orbita 106.7. It's been long enough that an app allows for listening. Just to let you know its public radio, so no ads. But a lot of PSAs and political junk. Otherwise a progressive iteration, you'll hear plenty of English and Spanish. The best time to listen is between midnight and 0800 Subeta time.
I took a week off from Soul Caliber III. I decided to finish this as soon as possible, so I'll reset the difficulty to normal. The game doesn't care how I win...
Interesting; I will check it out. I would love to learn Spanish.
