If I had to play one unmodded game for the rest of my life...hm. Does it have to be a PC game? Because if not, I would totally choose Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The graphics are so beautiful and there's always something new to do. I could never get bored of that game.
If it has to be a PC game, I would definitely choose vanilla Minecraft or Sims 4. Both great games with radically different gameplay, but there are so many new things to try and experiences to have that neither gets boring.

I was going to enter yesterday and couldn't come up with an appripiate answer because it's SO HARD
But anyways, I'd like to enter the 🔑 and 🎁 categories please! And think I'll go with Pokemon? Just because of the many things you can do. Although I ADORE the Danganronpa series and the Crash Bandicoot series too. Ugh.

Answer:
At first I was going to say Stardew Valley... but after playing it with SO MANY MODS ... I don't know if I would want to go back to Vanilla. I have such a cute farm map and all my animals are modded to look like Pokemon.
So, instead, I'm going to say Pokemon. My favorite game of all time in that genre is Sapphire/AlphaSapphire. Currently replaying AlphaSapphire again. So. Much. Fun.
