So I understand that trading off-site things for on-site things is definitely against the rules. However, what if someone was doing a giveaway? I'd like to do a giveaway of some steam keys, possibly via a random lottery/draw, which would have no cost to enter. As long as I asked for nothing in return, would this be acceptable within site rules?

The only thing this does not include is physical works of art purchased on Subeta itself."

It again forbids selling and trading, but doesn't say anything about gifts or giveaways.

Additionally, if this was allowed, would I need to mention anything specific in the rules, other than that nothing will be accepted in exchange?

I don't really have an answer to your question, but in cases like this if you're ever unsure about the rules it's usually best to submit a ticket to get an official answer from a staff member. And that way you also have a record of having asked about it, just in case.

I don't deal with giveaways much myself, so I'm not 100% certain of all the rules there, especially with regards to giving away off-site things.
