My pet, Believe!!! and my pet, Jurassic Park!!! have this message on them.
! This pet's name may break features across the site. You may file a ticket for a free name change or more info. I'd like more information please. Need to know why their names cause the problem so I don't give them names that will give the same problem. Thank you
special characters can cause issues with the way pet names are handled throughout various coding on the site. you don't have to change their names, but you might encounter issues with certain features/actions/visual glitches if you leave them as-is. from the pet creation page:
alphanumeric characters (abc123), periods(.), spaces( ), dashes(-), and underscores (_)!
You can file a ticket to get the exact reasoning. Since their names aren't offensive it would be the exclamation marks causing the problem.
The exclamation mark is not allowed.

Pet names can be from 1 to 30 characters long and should only contain alphanumeric characters (abc123), periods (.), spaces ( ), dashes (-), underscores (_) or a combination of any of those. The name may not begin with a period. The name must be available, and not already in use by another pet, (usernames don&;t count.) The only exception is for inactive accounts, which will have a note to let you know the their username and all of their pets names are available for you to claim.
- Only the American/English alphabet can be used (Aa, Bb, Cc, etc.).
- The use of unicode, diacritics (accents, tildes, etc.), script languages (Chinese/Japanese/Kanji/Arabic/etc.), or the likes, is not allowed.

Please note: You are not required to rename them; however, these names may cause glitches around the site, so it's up to you.
