Hello! I know it has been 1 hour and it has been a hectic hour. I wanted to update on the situation here. We ran into some issues with our servers around the time we released this feature. and I (mostly Keith lol) have been working on addressing that as quickly as we could. Due to these server issues, the deployment that would fix this glitch failed. We have only just managed to deploy it successfully, so it's only now that the fix has finally gone live.

Please do file a ticket if you are missing an item you should have got. And fingers crossed it's smoother sailing from here on out!
