I bought Chase Darkness with Me by Billy Jensen for my birthday on August 15th.... little did I know that he'd be in Milwaukee (near where I am) on the 16th for a book signing at a small bookstore until after i'd already bought my copy at barnes and noble. But I still went to see him and he signed my book. And got a picture with him. I look like a potato next to him.
The last few books I bought were Star trek books. Star Trek Cold Equations 1, 2 and 3. I was gifted a book that a friend of mine wrote, a spiritual one with daily insights and inspirational messages. A New Day, Another Chance by Mari Hodges

The last book I bought was an Ann Rule true crime at Goodwill for a buck. Not bad and I do love me some true crime.

Graphic Novels/Comics: Fables book 10 also buying Fables book 9. I never completed the comic when it originally finished its run so I've been buying up the ones that I missed to finish up the 22 comics that comprised the series.

I was tempted to buy up a huge handful of books from Wal-Mart the other day because I was feeling... in the book reading mood... I didn't at the time... but I did decide to order The First Law series .... I've heard such good things and I do like the author's writing style sooo...
