I'm not sure if this is normal, but I've never waited so long for a ticket response. Has not been online? Is there any way for another staff member to take it on?
Probably depends on the ticket. If it has to do with viruses/reimbursement/avatars/something related to the event, I'm sure they've got a ton of tickets that flooded in yesterday from people losing their viruses as well as tickets from all week. If that's the same category as yours, I'm sure it's just that there's a long line, and they have to sleep and eat sometime!
Depending on what's going on and the nature of your ticket, it's likely it could take quite awhile for an answer. Some things aren't simple to solve.
I've got a ticket that is several months old because it requires them to work with programmers to figure out what is going on.
It's not at all uncommon for it to take several days.
