On the new wardrobe it has all of my ornaments in it and it won't work when I click on "to inventory" and my Weeping Angel Statue is both in my wardrobe and inventory at the same time; I'm not sure how that happened. <3 I also cleared the cache.

I'm having trouble getting any of my saved outfits to "try on". When I click the button, nothing happens. Its the same for any of the outfits I try to wear again. I'm using Chrome.

I have the same issue and I'm using the latest version of firefox

The base and my skins are not loading. I just see a floating head like this:

None of my skins are loading either.

I can't "Try On" any of my new saved avatars, just the old ones I had before the wardrobe switch.

Hello, I cannot add any of the hair from the salon to my avatar. Everything else in the wardrobe seems to be working fantastic, fast and smooth but I just cannot add any hair lol. I see everything fine, the whole color system works fine, preview is there and loads fine, just nothing happens when I click "add to avatar". I cleared out the cookies from my browser, complete clear out, and that did not help. I'm on a Mac using Safari, do you suggest I use a different browser??? Please help and thank you!!!

I'm having trouble getting Otherworldly Hair Ties on my HA in the new and old wardrobe. Account search shows that it IS in my wardrobe and has been in my wardrobe for well over 12 hours now. Moving the item to my inventory and re-adding via "move to wardrobe" doesn't work (neither does clearing my cache...).

I apologize if this has been brought up already but it seems like both the male and female base 10 avatars aren’t working and show up as a broken image outside of the wardrobe when used.

I'm having a lot of trouble just plain getting the wardrobe to load. I didn't have any problems the first day or two it was publicly available, but ever since the downtime, it just isn't functional for what I need it to do.

I haven't been able to put on any items I've bought recently.

The items are in my wardrobe, I put them on and save (in both new and old wardrobe), and get a success message. But when I go back to the website several minutes later, the items aren't on my avatar. Reentering the wardrobe will show the items aren't being worn.

Tried several times to the same result.

Y'all I am sorry if this was posted already but no way am I reading 1,000 forumposts. lol. But. I know there's a common issue involving items jumping up to the top of the list when you click the red "x" on the item. But I just realized in my wardrobe, the item only jumps to the top if I click on the "x" itself. If I click anywhere else in the red box the item just gets taken off like it's supposed to. It's 2am and I feel like I've just made a groundbreaking discovery XD Anyone else experiencing this weird phenomenon? Is this a known thing already? Am I just late to the party?

I can't wear any of my saved outfits. Try on does nothing. :(

Issue : Using female base 8 or male base 7 results in the avatar showing up as a broken image. This reflects badly on the site in kind of a racist way. I do not believe for a hot second that Keith would have ever pushed the new wardrobe out of beta if female base 2 and male base 3 were broken. Fixing those would have been made a top priority. Please don't try and tell me different.

Issue : Like @Cresenta, I cannot load any saved outfits in either the old OR the new wardrobe.

I can load them only by going to my shared outfits page, clicking on them, and then clicking "open in wardrobe" (which would allow me to open any shared outfit on the site, whether or not it was mine).

This opens to the old wardrobe. I have to use the old wardrobe exclusively to make avatars using my character bases, which is the only way I ever do it.

Issue : When the new wardrobe was being beta tested in the GA forums, I could open all my saved avatars in it.

However, I couldn't save any because I had over 900. Therefore, I spent an entire day after learning of the limit deleting over 500 old avatars and saving them to my hard drive with the character name and date made.

A day or two later, for some reason known only to Keith, he decided that he would allow people to keep "legacy outfits" instead of giving us a date by which to delete the extra outfits. It was not at that time announced that nobody would be able to load or wear their "legacy outfits", but later we were told that it was not unintentional that we could not load old outfits.

What is the point of keeping saved outfits if you can't wear them again?

I think that if we had been offered a choice between deleting the extras and not being able to wear them, we would have all agreed that it would be better to delete the extras. (Also, all I can think of when I hear "legacy" anything on Subeta is legacy shops and the clusterfuck that became.)

Ever since the "legacy outfit" thing was implemented, people have been reporting this problem. Whatever the code says--whether it's based on how many days old the outfit is, or whether it was created in the new or old wardrobe--it's broken AF and it's not acceptable.

Many people do not make avatars from scratch every time. I almost never do because I dress up as my OCs and some of them have over 20 layers on their character bases. I'm not the only person who does this. I may be the only person who is this anal-retentive about it and saves their avatars with every single tattoo and other feature usually hidden by clothes, but I do that because I'd rather have to take off some hidden items when my avatar is fully dressed than make an avatar which is showing skin and forget one of the tattoos.

Incidentally, the new wardrobe has given most of my bases two more layers. Because someone had the bright idea to put both the new avatar base's hands behind its back, I have to layer the sheer glove directly over the base on my character saves so that I don't forget to put it in and wonder why the cutout in her skirt or pants looks stupid now. Because bases dmab 7 and dfab 8 are broken and I use those the most, I have to move the majority of my OC saves up one base level and add the Ash doll to lighten them so that they match all the other depictions of those characters.

The "legacy avatar" code needs to go. Or to be rewritten. If it is rewritten, the parameters under which saved avatars will not be wearable need to be made crystal clear. Those of us who did delete avatars until we were under 500 made choices about the ones we kept. And those were the ones we thought we might want to wear again, even if we tweaked them to make them better.

The "legacy avatar" decision took our ability to choose which avatars we wanted to continue using away from us. It would have been a bad decision just for that reason alone even if the code hadn't been screwed up to the point that most of us can't reload avatars we saved yesterday unless we load them using the links that allow people to try on any avatar on the site.

This same problem for me, too! I've done exactly what Hazi has done, trying to make it work. It's extremely frustrating!

~Okay,,,,wardrobe was fine earlier... then it stopped loading properly..and while my HA is saved...it got saved on blank and now nothing is loading...I was trying to change my HA tonight for Masque :/ and nothing is loading right except weirdly..outfits and that only partly..

EDIT: it is finally working but it took me literally hours to get it to do anything..it feels like a fix was pushed through, cuz it went from not loading to fine.. after a pause.. it did help some it seemed, to log off and on and clear my cache.

I can't seem to be able to find the button to save my current HA in the new wardrobe? Clicking 'Wear' doesn't save it to my outfits.

Using firefox for Subeta with a pc with windows on it. Windows 10 I think. Or the precious one. Hard to tell.

Searching: When i'm on the 3rd page of my itemlist (all layers, all drawers) in the wardrobe and I type a search word like 'chalk' I don't get any items. But when I do the same thing when I'm on the first page, it shows all the items with the word chalk, that I have.

Loading/lag: At first items load fast. But the longer I 'play' around in the wardrobe, the slower it gets.

Button Wear now and Clear: Please put them under the avatar and not under the row of items the avi is wearing.

Missing clothing items: Any idea when you have all the missing items in the wardrobe restored? Is Subeta still trying to get as much of them back as they can?

I am still missing some of the old Managerie clothes. I still have to check on the CSC clothing. I have no idea how much of the other clothes I'm missing. I am a long time player and you can imagine that my wardrobe is very big. But I know one thing. The items of the Managerie that are no longer on my wishlist, are supposedly in my wardrobe. All of the older ones have a duplicate in my vault because of the old achievement of very stuffed store.

Can't remove items from HA in New wardrobe, they keep going back to the top of the page and just overlapping each other, no matter how much I click the X to remove.
